Two Part Dilemma

Part 1: I want to run Masks of Nyarlathotep, but apart from time contraints, I've also got the problem that its known for being a character killer, and that doesn't suit my style of game.

Part 2: I'm curious about the new Werewolf game, but I don't have any ideas for running stories.

So...

I'm running Masks of Nyarlathotep as a Werewolf:the Forsaken game. I've been toying with running it as Werewolf:the Apocalypse for a while, but while there was potential there, the cosmology of W:tA didn't really lend itself to getting as much of the feeling of the Mythos across as I want to.

Will it work?

I have no idea. I'm hoping it'll be fun, but I have a feeling that because we're playing monthly we may never get past chapter 1 before Life rears its head again.

I've had some ideas for incorporating the Mythos into W:tF, and I think it'll be interesting to see how well it goes. I'll hopefully have a chance to put up the various bits and pieces that I try, and it might be of interest to folks.

Stuff!

I'm intending to try and keep a chronology of the stuff that's going on from session to session as well as put up a bunch of background info that I've had to make up as the W:tF end of things. A lot of it will only be of interest to the players, some of it might be more speculative.

The game has started a couple of days after New Years Eve 1925 - the pack have quested for and found their pack totem as the moon waxes past half full.
